Shipping policy

Here's how and when your order ships.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase.
• You'll receive a tracking number as soon as we print your shipping label.

Where We Ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $75: flat-rate shipping, calculated at checkout.
• Orders $75 and over: free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

• When we print your label, you'll receive an automated email with your USPS tracking number.
• You can track your package directly through USPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once your order ships, it's in USPS's hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, operational issues, or incorrect addresses.
• If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with your local USPS office first. If it's still missing, email support@aurumash.com and we'll help.
