Refund policy

If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resellable condition, with no scratches, dents, or signs of use.

If your return meets these conditions, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. To exchange an item instead, email us and we'll arrange the swap.

What We Don't Accept

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Final sale and limited-edition items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@aurumash.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (U.S. only). International customers cover return shipping.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
