The Rob Roy is a stirred whiskey cocktail made with blended Scotch, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters, served in a chilled coupe. It is structurally a Manhattan made with Scotch in place of rye.

Method
- Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth, and Angostura in a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.

Pro tip
