The Cosmopolitan is a shaken vodka cocktail made with citrus vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and 100% cranberry juice, served up in a chilled coupe and finished with a flamed orange peel. It became the signature drink of 1990s New York after the Toby Cecchini version went mainstream through Sex and the City.

Method
